Today we didn’t sob

After nearly eight years of service at Herede, Jessica said bye to all of us today. In past years, Jessica grew into a knowledgeable expert from a green hand, turned into a hostess from an innocent girl and finally a happy mommy. She indeed achieved a lot in both life and career. This is a miserable decision for her to make, because she failed to find a balance between her daughter and the career. Fortunately her final decision was fully understood by the management team. Today Jessica received a bunch of flowers and a red envelope from Mark as well as mountains of blessings from all colleagues. On behalf of Herede team, Mark expressed thanks to Jessica for her great contributions to Herede and our customers. As Mark said, the door of Herede is always open to Jessica and all of us are waiting for her to rejoin us in the near future. Dear Jessica, today is not a date of departure but a starting time of reunion. Today we didn’t sob because we truly trust you’ll come back soon.

We are one for ever

2020 is destined to be memorized as a milestone in history. This year is a turning point of the world and humankind. We experienced panic, confusion and helplessness at the beginning of 2020 when Covid-19 broke out in Wuhan and then the whole country was locked down. Along with the spreading of the virus, the rest of the world took the same measure in a short time to contain the pandemic. Under this situation, Mark assured all staff that no job would be cut in 2020 and all colleagues were inspired to fight for survival. Today, we proudly claimed that we won in 2020. Our turnover of 2020 is almost doubled of that of 2019. We won as a whole team. Today, Mark made marvelous comments on the performance of each colleague for the great job they did in the unusual 2020. Undoubtedly, 2021 will be full of more uncertainties, but we are confident to succeed again after we come back from the refreshing CNY holiday.

Customer’s son visited us

The world is becoming smaller in an era of globalization. In December of 2020, Mark told our customer in Illinois that his daughter is studying in Chicago. Our customer replied surprisingly that his son Nico is teaching English in Qingdao. Nico once worked in his father’s company for five years and is very familiar with various metal parts. He paid a visit to our company on behalf of his father today. Mr. Mark gave Nico a detailed introduction of our capabilities in machining, stamping, forging and casting fields. Nico was impressed deeply by our teamwork spirit and the quality control system in two hours of meeting. It’s our great honor to expand cooperations with a 45-year company on a basis of mutual trust and benefits.
